What’s The Fastest Way To Grow Your Business?

What’s the fastest way to get where you want to go? Follow someone who has already charted the path.

Somebody asked me last week, “What’s the fastest way to grow to grow your business, to grow your finances, your wealth, basically yourself as a person too?”

I think the fastest, quickest way to do that is to find yourself a good mentor.

But here’s the thing that I see people do wrong when it comes to finding a mentor. They’re part of umpteen different mastermind groups. They’re taking part in three or four different mastermind groups. They’re being mentored by three or four, or five, different people. They’re in Facebook groups, they are all over the place, basically.

So the source of information is coming from a lot of different directions. And as you would expect when you’ve got a lot of information coming from different opinions, it’s just confusing.

You’ve got to find clarity in what you’re doing.

So, when you do look for that person who you want to work with, pick a horse. Have one, maximum two, people that you listen to and get closely involved with them.

So for example, when I work with people usually it breaks down into different areas. It’s not just about business because it’s okay to say, “Yes i’m going to show you the secret bullet that’s going to double your conversions or triple your traffic.” That’s one thing.

But being a businessman or an entrepreneur is a conglomeration of different things. It’s where your head is at.

So normally, I spend some time working with people on where they are spiritually and emotionally, and what they’re trying to get.

What’s the end result, where do they want to go financially?

It’s incredible just how uneducated most businesspeople are, in their business and outside of business, on their investments and things like that.

And then finally, we talk about the business itself. It’s all you.

You’ve got to look at an entrepreneur as a whole.

Let me give you a good example of working with different people. I have one person who I’ve worked with quite closely and I know him intimately. I know him, you know? What he’s thinking, what he’s trying to achieve, and I spend a lot of time investing and thinking about his end result as well.

For that very reason: because we’re both working towards the same goal. I have had people that I’ve worked with who are all over the place. They’re working with this person for that and that person for this. And inevitably, it never works out.

So that would be my advice: If you’re going to get. If you want to get somewhere quickly, find somebody who’s already done what you’re trying to achieve. Reach out to them and see if they will work with you.

It might be free, might be paid, but whatever it is, find that ideal business structure, that thing that you would like to emulate. Find the person who’s doing that, reach out to them and see if they will spend some time with you.

The worst thing that could happen is they’ll probably have a chat with you, give you some advice. If you’re lucky, they’ll work with you.

And no matter what, at least you will have that experience and probably another connection.

So, don’t be afraid to talk to people. Talk to other people who have worked with whoever you have identified is the person you would like to try and learn from. i hope that helps you today.
